Within 30 days after the date of purchase, you can return your undamaged ZeroLemon product or package to receive a full refund for ANY reason. If the reason for return isn’t quality-related, the customer must pay for the return shipping costs.

  • Our returns and exchange service is limited to all purchases made from ZeroLemon. If you purchased through a different retailer, please contact them directly. (Unauthorized reselling of ZeroLemon products is prohibited.)
  • Warranty-related shipping costs can only be covered in the country of purchase.
  • If the product is taken outside the country of purchase, any shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility.

  • For international shipping order, it may take at least 20 days to receive the product(s) after the order is placed. And if you need a replacement/refund, the return shipping fee will need to be covered by yourself.
