Before charging, please make sure there is no metal accessory between the phone and the wireless charger, such as a metal stand or something else.
For Apple devices, please do not use the certified Apple wall charger to connect with this QI charger. Because most Apple chargers are not designed for wireless charging and their charging power is too weak to work with our charger.
We suggest you use a 5V/2A(min) output plug adapter to connect with our Qi charger.
